You can customize the outside, the foundation, the siding and roofing. On the interior, the kitchen and bathrooms, you can customize them to your liking. You can choose the color scheme for the walls, you can customize the flooring, and, if you'd like, you can have built-ins. Lighting is also an item you can customize as well as fixtures.
The cost depends on the square feet of the house. On average, the range and prices is between 95k and 200k.
Delivery depends upon the roads and the type of land that you have. Once your tiny home is complete, the average time is 7–10 days.
